Getting to know you
Firstly, we discuss your goals and objectives to build a real understanding of what you are looking for and how we can best serve you. We collect as much information required to assist us in sourcing your ideal property advising you about particular areas and current market conditions.

Finding / Viewing
This is an integral stage of the acquisition process. Properties are thoughtfully yet rigorously sourced ensuring they meet all your requirements. Using our industry contacts we are able to source properties on and off market. With our checklist in hand, we conduct multiple viewings on your behalf and carry out thorough due diligence ensuring no stone is left unturned.

Negotiating
After a decision has been made, we use our expert negotiation skills with the vendor, developer or selling agent to secure the property at the best price on the most favourable terms for our client.

Securing
Once our offer is accepted, we work with a team of law firms who we would recommend for you. We liaise with solicitors to manage the entire legal process, keeping you informed at each stage and ensuring the deal holds together and is completed to the end.

Completion
After all legal aspects are covered. An exchange and completion date is set by both solicitors, funds are transferred and the property becomes officially yours!
